What do I think about that? I think that's just sad. The worst part is, I think most people probably believe it. Where's the community...where's the love????
I would not say that I 'like' to be alone at church. Sometimes I have introvert days and I do not have the emotional energy to inisiate relationship. Sometimes I need a push. Many times I don't get it. So I will leave and discover that while I was with a "great host" of people - I still feel very much alone.
I think that being alone time at church isn't so bad as it is percieved to be. I use alone time in church to reflect, gather my thoughts on the message at hand. To evualte what's going on in my life? How's my walk? But, community and fellowshiip is imperative for any church goer.
